White-space and precision cleaning

Data Center Cleaning

Dust and debris in an equipment room do not stay where they land. Cooling airflow carries them into intakes and filters, and every walk across the floor stirs them up again. We clean white space on a schedule that suits the facility, using methods chosen to remove particulate rather than move it around.

Planned cleaning of equipment rooms and white space: surfaces, cabinet exteriors and accessible areas, with controlled dust removal and a written record of the work.

White-space cleaning

Equipment-area surfaces and the accessible spaces around them, cleaned to an agreed scope.

  • Exterior surfaces of cabinets, racks and enclosures — tops, sides, doors and perforated panels
  • Floors, walls, doors, ledges, door frames and other horizontal surfaces
  • Accessible cable trays and overhead surfaces, where your site approves it
  • Entry areas, corridors and support rooms that feed the white space

Precision dust removal

Controlled particulate removal using suitable equipment and materials for a live environment.

  • Filtered vacuuming rather than sweeping or blowing, so dust is captured, not redistributed
  • Low-lint wipes and cleaning agents approved for the space — no aerosol sprays near equipment
  • Working top to bottom and zone by zone, so cleaned areas are not re-contaminated
  • Equipment interiors and energized components are never touched

Scheduled maintenance

Planned cleaning at an interval that fits your operation, with documentation after every visit.

  • An initial deep clean, then a program at the interval you need: weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual
  • A cleaning plan agreed with your facility team: scope, zones, frequency and access windows
  • Visits scheduled around maintenance windows and change freezes
  • A service report after each visit — areas cleaned, observations and anything that needs your attention
  • Before-and-after photos where your site policy allows them

The exact scope is agreed with your facility team before work starts. Anything outside it — or anything your site does not approve — is left alone. How we work around live equipment.
