Construction and commissioning cleanup

Post-Construction Cleaning

Construction leaves fine dust on every surface, above the ceiling and below the floor. Cleaning in stages, before equipment arrives and again before turnover, keeps that dust out of new equipment.

Removal of construction dust and debris after a build-out, expansion or renovation, staged so a space is ready for commissioning and equipment installation.

Cleaning in phases

Matched to the construction schedule rather than done once at the end.

  • Rough clean: debris, packaging and heavy dust removed once trades finish an area
  • Detailed clean: overhead surfaces, walls, floors and, where approved, the underfloor space
  • Final clean before turnover or equipment installation
  • Touch-up visits after punch-list work

Ready for handover

Each phase ends with a walkthrough and a written record.

  • Walkthrough with your project or facility team at the end of each phase
  • A completion report listing the areas cleaned and any open items
  • Coordination with the general contractor on access, sequencing and site rules

The exact scope is agreed with your facility team before work starts. Anything outside it — or anything your site does not approve — is left alone. How we work around live equipment.

Discuss your facility’s requirements

Tell us about the space, the scope you have in mind and your access windows. We will come back with questions, a walkthrough date or a proposal.
