Above the equipment

Overhead & Plenum Cleaning

Dust that settles overhead is out of sight until airflow or a technician disturbs it. Overhead surfaces are cleaned before anything below them, so nothing falls onto a freshly cleaned floor.

Cable trays, ladder racks, ceiling plenums, light fixtures and duct exteriors above the white space — the dust that falls into everything below.

Overhead surfaces

Everything above the cabinets that your site approves for cleaning.

  • Cable trays, ladder racks and basket trays (exterior, without moving cabling)
  • Light fixtures, sprinkler piping exteriors and structural ledges
  • Containment panels, hot- and cold-aisle doors and curtains

Ceiling and return-air plenums

Where the ceiling forms part of the airflow path, the space above it is cleaned too.

  • Ceiling tiles lifted in sequence, with HEPA vacuuming of the plenum surfaces
  • Return-air grilles and diffuser faces cleaned
  • Work coordinated with your mechanical team when units must be adjusted

The exact scope is agreed with your facility team before work starts. Anything outside it — or anything your site does not approve — is left alone. How we work around live equipment.

Tell us about the space, the scope you have in mind and your access windows. We will come back with questions, a walkthrough date or a proposal.
