Equipment & Cabinet Cleaning

Perforated doors and equipment intakes are where room dust ends up. Clean intakes mean better airflow through the equipment.

Exterior cleaning of cabinets, racks and equipment, and — only with your approval — the inside of cabinets, using ESD-safe tools.

Cabinet and equipment exteriors

The surfaces you can see and touch without opening anything.

  • Cabinet tops, sides, perforated front and rear doors
  • Equipment faces, bezels and intake grilles, with ESD-safe vacuums and wipes
  • PDUs, CRAC/CRAH unit exteriors and other floor-standing equipment

Inside cabinets (approved only)

Cabinet interiors are cleaned only when you ask, and only as far as you allow.

  • Cabinet floors, blanking panels and cable-management surfaces
  • Nothing unplugged, moved or re-routed; energized components are not touched
  • Escorted by your staff where your policy requires it

The exact scope is agreed with your facility team before work starts. Anything outside it — or anything your site does not approve — is left alone. How we work around live equipment.
